Our Sutherland 3rd came unstuck as they were downed by Mosman 3rd away from home.
We posted 10/187, while Mosman 3rd made 7/309. Leading the way was James Cisternas with 40 off 45 balls. Tom Faulkner also got among the runs with 39 off 89 balls. Josh Brownie bowled well for our opponents, a five-wicket haul of five for 58. Flynn Farquharson picked up three for 45 for the hosts.
Oscar Oborn-Corby was the pick of the bowlers, taking three for 59 off eighteen overs. Faulkner bowled well for two for 36. Our opponents' Noah Quayle made a quality 102.
There were some good individual efforts to build on. A tough stretch, and one the group will be determined to end.
Thanks to the hosts for the contest.
