Saturday didn't go our way, as our Sutherland DCC were downed by Randwick Petersham Green on a day to learn from.
Our innings closed at 10/142 from 49.4 overs. Louis F Hogg made a valuable 43 off 101 balls. Randwick Petersham Green's best with the ball was Jethro Sharman (three for 24).
In reply, our opponents passed our total, finishing on 6/145 in 29.5 overs. Credit to Marcus D’Ambrosio, who made a half-century (53) for the hosts. There were 39 from Roan Lavender for our opponents. Hogg led the way with the ball, finishing with two for 23.
Not our day, but there's plenty to work with.
