There was no joy for our Sutherland DCC, who fell short against SUCC Senior Men Metro Cup in a disappointing result.
We finished on 10/135, with SUCC Senior Men Metro Cup on 7/172. Krishan Puranik passed fifty for our opponents, finishing with 64 not out. Jordyn Barry picked up two for 25 off five overs.
The top score came from Alex Ford, who made 31 off 59 balls. Zachary Marando claimed four for 20 for the hosts.
Credit to our opponents, who played well. The results haven't gone our way lately, but the team will keep at it. Chins up, everyone.
