In Kingsgrove Sports T20 Cup & Kingsgrove Sports Poidevin-Gray Shield action, our Sutherland secured a win against Penrith for back-to-back wins.
Penrith batted first and made 7/97 from 20 overs. For the hosts, Ryan Gibson made 28 off 21 balls. Our best with the ball was Tharindu Kaushal, who took four for 19.
In reply, the side reached the target at 6/98 in 14.1 overs. Ethan Deal's 50 not out off 41 balls was a half-century to remember.
It was a cracking all-round effort, with contributions from right through the line-up.
Congratulations to all involved.
