Our Sutherland 5th had plenty to celebrate after they proved too strong for Mosman 5th with a performance to be proud of.
We batted first and put 6/267 on the board from 50 overs. Harrison Tattersall's 94 not out off 49 balls was a half-century to remember. Austin Pratt passed fifty on the way to 62 off 121 balls with five fours. Will Vandermaal's 57 off 69 balls was a half-century to remember. Jake Baker was the pick of Mosman 5th's bowlers with four for 42.
In reply, the hosts finished on 188 from 31.2 overs. Jarod Colyer passed fifty for our opponents, finishing with 55. Jamison Veitch weighed in with 39 for the hosts. Angus Smith bowled well to finish with three for 44.
It was an excellent all-round effort, with contributions from right through the line-up.
We've now defeated four sides in a row. Onwards and upwards.
